My Approach
I believe in fostering an environment of acceptance, warmth, and non-judgment, where you can freely explore and untangle the root causes of your struggles. This space is dedicated to unraveling the complexities of your past experiences as well as any bewildering issues you may be currently facing.

I prioritize building a solid and trusting relationship with my clients. I actively listen to your unique story and provide a fresh perspective to spark insight, healing, and personal growth. I believe you are the expert in your life, and I am here to offer support and encouragement, not impose my personal beliefs or opinions.

Tough times are inevitable, but I am committed to supporting you through these moments of uncertainty and pain. Together, we will work on developing coping skills and gaining valuable insights to navigate life's challenges more easily in the future.

Beyond the Professional
My personal experience of the transformative power of counseling inspired my journey to becoming a mental health counselor. Working through a variety of life struggles with a trusted counselor sparked in me an unwavering commitment to helping others find their way toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Outside of my professional life, nature is a profound source of inspiration for me, engendering a sense of tranquility and grounding. Whether exploring the rugged PNW beaches or hiking and camping in the abundant lush forests, nature photography is a passion that allows me to capture joyful moments as well as the beauty of the journey.
When not enjoying the great outdoors, you might find me and my loved ones catching up over a delicious meal, playing a challenging board game, or simply unwinding while watching a good movie or show.
While I feel that connection is essential in life, self-care is also a critical component of my mental well-being and often includes reading, listening to music or podcasts, or continuing to learn about and pursue various personal goals and interests. Throughout all of this, curiosity is my constant companion, and I let it take me to new places and ideas whenever possible.
